- [V2API]: v2 API calls for most/all countries receive feature parity.

- [V2API]: New country England (GB-ENG)
- [V2API]: We're moving from the Google cloud to the Microsoft Azure cloud. With this move we'll be enabling several new security upgrades. Also a slight speed improvement might be noticeable.

- [V2API]: Move most V2 API calls out of beta.
